North Island - Auckland
With over 15 years experience in Recruitment in NZ, Australia and Philippines, Shane prides himself on his strong relationships and large networks with both clients and candidates. Shane has experience in a variety of industries recruiting for roles for the Construction, Health care, Manufacturing, Logistics and office support sectors In his spare time, Shane enjoys fishing, golfing and is a staunch Warriors fan who has been a season member for the last 15 years and counting.
Matt has spent the last eight years working in recruitment, helping connect good people with good opportunities. He enjoys building genuine relationships and takes a straightforward, people-first approach to recruitment, whether he's supporting candidates in their job search or helping clients find the right fit for their team. Known for being approachable and easy to get along with, Matt values strong relationships and takes the time to understand what both clients and candidates are looking for. He enjoys working alongside people to find practical solutions and helping make the recruitment process as smooth as possible. Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time outdoors and recently completed his first half marathon. As someone who is highly food-motivated, you'll find him trying out a new food spot or cooking a meal for whÄnau and friends. His community minded approach carries through to his work, where bringing people and opportunities together is what keeps him passionate about recruitment.
